Kimberly uses her toolbox of methods for treatment of phobias, panic attacks, stress relief, weight management, and pain management. She also works with individuals dealing with addiction or substance abuse issues, as well as changing patterns of unwanted behaviors, self-sabotage, and increasing athletic or business performance. She uses her extensive massage and bodywork skills to help relieve individuals of acute and chronic pain, increase range of motion and circulation, as well as provide the most relaxing nurturing touch for those who need it most. By combining her modalities, she often helps clients release their physical pain on a much deeper level by releasing the emotional connection that goes with it, for example whiplash from a car accident.
Kimberly has been recognized by the Society of Applied Hypnosis as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is a licensed practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a member of The Society of NLP. Kimberly has also extended her studies and has become a Registered Hypnotic Anesthesiologist and a member of the Board of Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy. She has been certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner through the National Certification Board for Massage and Bodywork, as well as certification in cranio-sacral therapy from the International Professional School of Bodywork.
Kimberly is now working in beautiful downtown Del Mar overlooking the ocean. She shows compassion and drive to help each individual client on their journey of whole health.
